Our Story

Go Fresh is a locally owned fast food restaurant that provides an unmet eating experience in the fast-food niche industry. The menu offerings are fast, healthy, hearty and easy to prepare. The food that we offer is abundant, rich, fresh, healthy and flavorful enough to satisfy the appetite. We offer the customers the unique and up and coming experience of the BYOB (Build Your Own Bowl). The menu is going to consist on base, protein, toppings and dressings so the customer builds his own chopped salad, wrap or poke bowl.  In addition, Go Fresh is going offer signature bowls, a specialty of the chef.

Founder and CEO, Arturo R. Romero López, started the business in 2017 months before Hurricane Maria.  An uphill battle nonetheless, we opened operations in 2018 with an idea that blossomed into a multi location business and running for more that 5 years.
